Scope
This policy applies to consultation bookings, fixed-price service packages and custom production engagements provided by 5YARDS MEDIA LLC.
Consultation bookings
Consultations may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Fixed-price service packages
Packages are refundable in full if cancelled before we have commenced work. Once production has started, fees for work already performed are non-refundable; unused portions may be refunded at our discretion, less any third-party costs incurred.
Custom production engagements
Deposits become non-refundable once production planning, bookings or third-party commitments have been made on the customer’s behalf.
Failed payments and duplicate charges
Failed payments do not result in an order or a charge. Duplicate charges caused by processor errors are refunded in full once verified.
Company cancellation
If we cancel an engagement for reasons other than customer breach, any unused portion of pre-paid fees will be refunded.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
