The website is not an offer to contract
Fees shown on the Services pages are the studio’s standard fees for the scope described on each page. They are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. No contract is formed until the studio has issued a written scope and the client has accepted it in writing.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a date, or selecting an offering does not reserve studio time and does not create an obligation on either side. Dates are held only once the studio has confirmed them in writing.
Scope, fees and payment
- Every engagement is governed by a written scope issued by the studio.
- Fees are quoted in AED and exclude VAT and third-party costs. The applicable VAT treatment is stated on the quotation and invoice.
- On acceptance, an invoice is raised with a 50% deposit. Work is scheduled against the cleared deposit; the balance falls due as set out in the scope.
- No card details are collected on this website. Payment is made against an invoice issued by Five Yards Media LLC.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved in writing before it starts.
Client material and responsibilities
The client confirms it has the right to supply any material provided to the studio, and is responsible for approvals, access and information within the timescales set out in the scope. Delays in these may move delivery dates and may affect cost where third-party commitments are involved.
Intellectual property
Rights in delivered work transfer to the client as set out in the written scope, on full payment. Working files, unused concepts and studio tools remain the property of the studio unless the scope states otherwise. The studio may reference an engagement publicly only with the client’s written permission.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, the studio’s liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
