6. Timelines and delays
Timelines are agreed in writing and depend on timely delivery of customer materials, approvals and third-party dependencies. Delays caused by missing materials may extend agreed delivery dates.
7. Revisions and change requests
The number of revision rounds is defined in each proposal. Change requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately as additional work.
8. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are set out in the accepted proposal, subject to full payment and any third-party licence restrictions. Customer-supplied materials remain the property of the customer.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement.
10. Portfolio display
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may reference the engagement in our portfolio using non-confidential materials.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
13. Prohibited use
You must not use our services to produce unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
