How services are delivered
Services are delivered digitally by email or shared workspace. Physical or on-location production, where applicable, is scheduled separately.
Remote consultations
Consultations are held by video call at the time confirmed in your booking. A written summary follows within the agreed timeframe.
Digital deliverables
Final files are provided in the formats agreed in your proposal. Download links remain available for a defined period after delivery.
Project commencement
Work commences after the proposal is accepted in writing and the agreed advance payment is received.
Customer dependencies
Certain deliverables depend on customer inputs — briefs, source files, approvals and licences. Delays in these may extend the agreed timeline.
Estimated timeframes
Indicative timeframes are provided per engagement. Confirmed schedules are included in your proposal.
Revisions and acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted after the agreed revision window has closed. Additional revisions can be quoted separately.
Delays and force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including illness, third-party service outages or government action.
