Selected work
Four engagements, described properly.
Each case below sets out the brief we were given, what we decided, what we made and what changed afterwards. Client names are withheld until a release is signed.

Property and real estate
2025A residential launch that stopped reading like a brochure
A Dubai waterfront residential developer
A developer with three towers to sell was producing renders faster than it could produce meaning. We rebuilt the narrative around one idea, then shot a launch library the sales team could actually use.
Launch held its date
One library, four channels

Hospitality and F&B
2025Reopening a property without pretending it was brand new
A boutique hotel group, Northern Emirates
After an eighteen-month refurbishment, the group wanted noise. We argued for restraint, then built a film and stills campaign that let the building do the talking.
Zero guest disruption
In-house publishing continued

Industrial and B2B
2024Making a technical business legible to non-technical buyers
A UAE industrial and logistics group
An engineering-led group was losing tenders it was qualified to win. The capability was never the problem; the explanation was. We rewrote how the business describes itself, then proved it in pictures.
Submission time fell
One business, one description

Consumer and retail
2025A founder-led launch built for a retail shelf and a phone screen
An independent UAE skincare brand
Four products, one founder, and a retail listing that arrived earlier than planned. We built the visual language and the launch library in five weeks, working to the retailer's asset spec rather than around it.
Accepted first submission
The range reads as one range

Disclosure
Client names on this page are withheld. Fiveyards Media publishes a client name, logo or finished campaign asset only where a written release exists. The briefs, scope, process and outcomes described below are drawn from real studio engagements; identifying detail has been removed and imagery is studio and reference photography rather than released client artwork. Full case files, including named clients and finished work, are shown in a private review under mutual NDA.
Experience
The kind of work the studio takes on.
Where a project is confidential, we can still talk through the brief, the approach and the constraints in a private conversation.
Property & development
Residential and commercial developments that need a consistent visual record from launch through handover, and material that works for both sales teams and channel partners.
Hospitality & food
Restaurants, cafés and hotel groups where the photography has to carry the room, the plate and the service standard at the same time.
Professional & B2B services
Consultancies, clinics, legal and financial practices where credibility is the product and the visual language has to earn trust before a word is read.
Retail & consumer brands
Product-led brands that need an asset system deep enough to feed a launch, a catalogue and a year of channel activity without repeating itself.
Culture, education & institutions
Programmes and institutions with a mandate to explain themselves clearly to several audiences at once, in more than one language.
Founder-led businesses
Companies where the founder is the brand and the work has to be truthful about that without becoming a personality exercise.
